The content is irrelevant, the assessors amateurs with the majority not even working in the industry. Miscommunication on courses is widespread and unfortunately once they have that payment upfront, they are no longer interested. The Resident Letting Agent’s Licence is the licence required to rent out on-site, managed units as well as operate a Trust Account.
