GADU - Genome Analysis and Database Update Pipeline
Alex Rodriguez , Dinanath Sulakhe, Elizabeth Marland, Veronika Nefedova, Gong Xin Yu, Natalia Maltsev. Submited to HPDC-2003.

Compormise Mitigation for Grid Applications (PDF)
Steve Chan and the Network and Security Team NERSC/LBNL. Oct., 2002.
This describes an important security-related service. The design has been influenced by DOE Science Grid experiences, and the software will presumably be deployed on DOE Science Grid in the future.

Fine-Grain Authorization for Resource Management in the Grid Environment (PDF)
            K. Keahey, V. Welch, Proceedings of Grid2002 Workshop, 2002.
A Community Authorization Service for Group Collaboration (PDF)
            L. Pearlman, V. Welch, I. Foster, C. Kesselman, S. Tuecke., Proceedings of the IEEE 3rd International Workshop on Policies for Distributed Systems and Networks, 2002.
These papers describes an important security-related service. The design has been influenced by DOESG, and one of hte developers (Welch) works in both the DOESG and CAS projects. The software will be deployed on DOESG in the future.

Condor-G: A Computation Management Agent for Multi-Institutional Grids (PDF)
            J. Frey, T. Tannenbaum, I. Foster, M. Livny, S. Tuecke. Cluster Computing, 5(3):237-246, 2002
This paper describes an important computation-related service. There has been a fair bit of effort at Argonne into Globus extensions required to support it. Condor-G will support Bioinformatices and ATLAS work on DOESG.

GSI3: Security for Grid Services (Draft) (PDF)
            V. Welch, F. Siebenlist, I. Foster, J. Bresnahan, K. Czajkowski, J. Gawor, C. Kesselman, S. Meder, L. Pearlman, S. Tuecke.. Submitted to HPDC 2003
This paper describes the latest version of the GSI security. The design has been influenced by DOESG experiences (especially via Welch (ANL), who is involved in both, and Chevassut (LBNL), who is involved on the cryptographic analysis of the GSI-3 protocols). This software will be deployed on DOESG in the near future.
